Our Schedule
White Cliffs CrossFit offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. CrossFit WOD
A fully coached class with a structured warm up and main component. Skills, strength, fitness and positional mobility will all be worked on!
EMOM
A full on class where BURN is focussed upon!
Pairs
A workout where you share the load as a pair. These are normally much bigger workouts and require 2 or 3 months of experience.
CrossFit Lite
This class, although the same programme as the main classes, is aimed at beginners. We assume no knowledge and really break things down according to our members needs.
