The Caldwell and Ribbans Head to Head

Tensions had been mounting over the last couple of months, words and comments were passed between each party. Yet no one was prepared for what might have happened on Friday. Denise Caldwell and Hannah Ribbans found themselves as the only two who had booked in to the famous FF-Friday session.

Like the Briggs – Leblanc Bazinet we witness weeks before the Crossfit games, the ladies set up bars head to head facing each other. Through the clouds of chalk, eye contact was made but no words were exchanged. Just before the workout began, Coach Ben plays this in the background:

Then the timer began! Hands were ripped, sweat was poured, blood was shed. 35+ minutes later….
